Before we take on any client it is mandatory that we have a 30 minute coach call. Why? Coaching is delving into your life and that journey is based on the foundation of trust. There has to be agreements in place for it to be most effective. We do not work with every client. Just like you would not want to work with every coach. In addition to making sure we can establish a solid relationship, you may be better suited with one of our other coaches. All of our coaches are trained to listen in a way that will allow them to pick up on key factors that will give you the best placement.
We work with individuals that are ready to take themselves on. This doesn’t mean it might not be scary. Fear is normal and natural. What it means is, this partnership has to be a good match in order to obtain the best results for your life.
Not only must you feel good with the partnership, we must also approve of it on our end.
So, what do you have to lose? Absolutely nothing! Worst case scenario is you get 30 minutes with a very high-minded individual that is truly for others. There is no judgment on you or your situation.
