At Bold Talent, we take our Coaching very serious. All Coaches have had extensive practical training. This means they have coached others in real life situations and had success and positive results from their Coaching. They also have had positive results in their own lives and have a knowing of communication and business. All Coaching Packages were designed to give you more time with a Coach than hourly coaching does so you can create more value from your sessions. As like a physician, you don’t pay for the time, you pay because the physician knows where to cut. A coach is the same way…you pay for their expertise.
How does it work?
Once you choose into and pay for your Coaching Package, you will schedule an appointment with your Coach for your Intake and Orientation. During this time you and your Coach will go over the expectations and Code of Ethics. Once you get into agreement with your coach on these items, your money becomes non-refundable. The next step is for you to receive your Client Pack. You will receive information regarding your sessions, assessments and other tools to support you though the process. Please make sure you get your Profile completed and returned to your Coach as soon as possible.
All of your coaching sessions will be scheduled on the day of your orientation. If you miss a session that is scheduled, you will not have the coaching session later. Part of the process is making sure you recognize that you are the creator of your time and schedule. If you are wasting time, this can be part of the Coaching experience and you are encouraged to work with your Coach on this issue. If you do miss a call, there are no refunds or reschedules. If you need to reschedule, please get with your coach at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a courteous rescheduling.
INTRODUCTION TO COACHING – $199
If you have never had a Coach and you don’t know what to expect, this is a great way to get your feet wet. All the greats have a Coach. A Coach doesn’t have to be better than you at anything. I Coach is someone that can see outside of you and point out things you are unable to see. This can support you in getting what you want in your life!
Basic Package: General Introductory to Coaching $199
This 4 week Introductory Coaching Package is designed for individuals who want to experience the impact that coaching can have in their life while exploring the best options for their ongoing coaching needs. This is an exciting package as it is affordable and you will set personal or professional goals and experience results through coaching.
What is included?
- One FREE 60 minute initial Coaching call
- One 30 minute Intake, Orientation and Code of Ethics session
- One 30 minute goal setting session
- One 15 minute sessions per week. 4 sessions at a pre-set time (Mon. – Fri. only)
- One month of email support to enhance sessions
- One 60 minute free coaching session for a friend or relative
Business Package A – $599
Part of a successful business is having a balanced life. Many times people come to me wanting to only focus on their business. You will find we have everyone set goals in a balanced way and what that means is you will set Physical, Spiritual, Emotional / Relationship goals and Business / Wealth goals. Why? Because without balance, there is no wealth. So, if you only want to focus on business, our Coaching program is not for you. We are about supporting you and Coaching you to total health and wealth. – Coach Michelle
(RE30) Real Estate / Business Communication – 30 Day Coaching $599
Real Estate Agents are Independent Business Owners. The concepts in this package can be tailored to any business. Michelle is a top producer in real estate sales and can help you be a top producer too! This package offers a solid focus on marketing, customer relations, conversion and retention of clients as well as an introduction to lead generation.
What is included?
- One FREE 60 minute initial Coaching call
- One 60 minute intake, Orientation and Code of Ethics session
- Two 30 minute goal setting sessions & Goal Setting Package (A $200 value)
- Three 15 minute sessions at a pre-set time (Mon. – Fri. only) Total of 12 sessions.
- One month of email support to enhance sessions
- One 60 minute free coaching session for a friend or relative
Business Package B – $799
It has been said it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. This is true, sort of. It takes 30 days develop a new habit and 60 days to soft wire a new habit. The longer you are doing something, the easier it becomes because it becomes natural. It is soft-wired into your brain and becomes routine.
(RE60) Real Estate / Business Communication – 60 Day Advanced Coaching $799
Real Estate Agents are Independent Business Owners. This package can be tailored to any business as the concepts are the same. Michelle is a top producer in real estate sales and can help you be a top producer too! This package offers the same focus as the 30 day program: focus on marketing, customer relations, conversion and retention of clients as well as an introduction to lead generation. This coaching is tailored to your unique desires and business needs. Michelle will work with you to custom design scripts and dialogs using special language to influence your clients based on your unique situation in business. These scripts will be more comfortable to use because you will be involved in the process and your style will influence the creation.

GOLD PACKAGE – $2,900 (PLUS WEB FEES)
Includes up to 20 page website.
The Gold Package is the best package available. We can customize a package for you if you see bits and pieces of various packages that look appealing. (RE90) Real Estate / Business Communication – 90 Day Advanced Coaching
This is by far the most effective coaching package. You and your coach roll your sleeves up and go after your goals and create the business you want. This coaching is intense and it is for individuals that truly want more and are willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. This program is NOT for the faint of heart.
